While Ardeth was reading the paper the other day, she came across an article concerning a woman who had become a lawyer despite difficult circumstances ..good enough.However she was also the mother of a disabled child {perthes disease a painful hip disorder} The mother went on to describe her gorgeous, smiling, daughter as "a poor wee soul" right in front of the child! I was livid and wanted to give that woman a piece of my mind.................
What kind of message does this pity send to a child who is already coping with considerable pain and difficulty in walking,if a mother uses such incorrect and abusive terminoloy, then how can we have any hope that the rest of society might eventually wake up!?.
Goblin, I am wondering if you jump to conclusions a bit to readily? Have you never thought that things aren't necessarily meant how they come out? If the world thought before it spoke every second of the day, the world would be a very dull place. Just because some people don't always word things correctly, doesn't mean they should automatically be hung, drawn and quartered.

Sugar Baby I had absolutely no intention of arguing I simply wanted to draw attention to the problem simliar to that raised in another post,however, these jokers obviously have nothing better to do.
The reason why the people always end up arguing with him is because his opinions are so flawed and don't make sense. I'm afraid that u r the joker with nothing better to do goblin. Do you know sometrhing I am sick and bloody tired of being abused on this site..Ok I am the 1st to stand up and say I have made mistakes, and my opinions may be crap to most of you superior beings, but surely the daily hostility I have to endure simply because of who I am is beyond compare...I would have thought people who endure bullshit and abuse on a daily basis, would know how to treat others, but no! You react in exactly the same way as them ...thats hardly a step forward I expected some crap when I came here, but for it to last for months on end is just ridiculous!...

Sugar and others in this thread I am sorry for going off topic, however you cannot have conversation without disagreements. If others take it personly and believe they are being attacked and choose to rant publicly instead of taking it up with that person or person's well then all we as humans can do is attack or defend.
maybe it's my imagination, but he seems to be posting more replies, since I said I would no longer respond to his posts anymore. I seldom if ever even read them anymore, not ven on safe haven, since he has attacked 3 of my posts in a row. And you'll even get a kick out of this law lord, but when he attacked my views on physicians assistants, I told him if one ever killed me, I would come back to the boards and tell everyone what happened, he asked me if he was talking to you, I wasn't even in your league, which I can't deny, I wouldn't want to, I told him of course not, I was in my own league. Actually I guess I should be flattered he thought I was trying to copy your style, but as my mom would say, a lawyer wouldn't say what I said anyway. My vocabulary isn't strong enough to copy you. I built my vocabulary up a bit when I was younger, but gotout of it, so now I'm sorely out of practice, haha

Dragonfire I enjoy a good rip roaring conversation and a challenge is as good as a dare to a sagittarian..smile however there have been several instances where I have begun to wonder..there is a definate clique here and if you are not a member of this clique, you suffer a subliminal type of bullying and exclusion in the form of having posts ignored,dodging frequent insults,and two faced behaviour .The last time I came across this kind of crap was in 2ndry school...E.G Caitlin posted something about a book I think... she gave us absolutely no info on the storyline ect, helpful eh?, I replied with "tell us what its about as far too many people come on here bragging about something and leave without telling us anything" she has deliberately refused to answer...and that to me demonstrates a deliberate childish malicious ignorance.

Well fellow Zoners, want to know how history repeats itself? If you do, then please visit eyes2eyes.com before Alex the Goblin was kicked out of that site and read his postings there. They will sound very, very familiar. Also exctly the same! The fraze "such hatred and anger dear me" has been used there before, you will also find very similar arguments, people getting into all kinds of opinionated disputes because of his postings etc, etc. Alex, lives for suspence and spicing up the boards with his opinions that create arguments and then he just loves to step back and watch how everyone is pulling at each others hair! Oh, dear Alex, your presence is felt here again. The same ol' you everywhere you go there is havoc! And you still have no clue what causes it. You are so pathetic.
ge guys, this was gobblin's opinion and he is entitled to it as much as everyone else. I didn't see any death threats in that one. OK so he's opinions may differ from a lot of other people's, but he's never once attacked anyone just out of the air like some on this site. Stop being so narky it's so pathetic! and I am so sick of hearing some people say 'haven't you got anything better to do" ra ra. that is getting so old and laim! Gobblin was meerly giving his opinion and I spose he was intending on leaving it open to discussion, not to be critisized.

Goblin I'm sorry, I didn't realize you wanted me to explain the story. Iv'e been at school all week and diong homework and studyign and so haven't been on teh site. I'll be sure to describe the book. It's just that it' really involving and I didn't want to give anything away. But if you wnat me to describe it I sure will! Sorry I didn't get around to it, and of course I wasn't deliberately ignoring you! Why woudl I do that?
